APP TECH forged wheels are of both 1-piece and modular design. The aluminum material specification is 6061-T6. The conventional forging process used assures the highest quality multi-directional grain structure available on the market today.
Our warehouse stocks, for immediate availability, an average of 7-8000 spun blanks at all times. Our forged blanks range in size 18” through 23” in 1-piece profile in both traditional lip and flatface (motorsports) configuration all suitable for today’s larger brake caliper applications. Our forged modular wheel centers range in size from 15” through 26”.

THE LARGER THE WHEEL DIAMETER THE MORE POTENTIAL WEIGHT SAVINGS CAN BE ACHIEVED. Compared to the typical cast wheels you can expect weights savings starting from 25% for an 18” wheel, rising to a maximum savings of 35% for a 22”.
